Additional Exams

Maximum End-of-Term Additional exams Oct.

In order to graduate from the program in which they are registered at the end of the maximum periods, senior students are given the right to two additional exams for unsuccessful, absent and October courses they have never taken.

At the end of these exams, those who reduce the number of failed courses to five are given an additional three semesters.

Students who fail up to five courses without taking the additional exams are given an additional four semesters.

Those who fail a course are granted the right to take the exams of the course they have failed, unlimited without taking advantage of the right to be a student.

Although they have succeeded in all the courses required to graduate from the program in which they are enrolled, they cannot provide the Overall Weighted Grade Point Average prescribed for graduation, but students in the last semester (the last year in institutions where classes are taught on a passing basis) who have been dismissed are granted unlimited exam rights from the courses they wish to increase their grade point average

A student who has never taken the exams to be opened in a total of three consecutive or intermittent academic years is considered to have given up the right to unlimited exams and cannot benefit from this right.

Students who have unlimited rights continue to pay the tuition fee determined on a course credit basis.

However, these students cannot benefit from other student rights other than the right to take exams.

At the end of the maximum education period, a student who has obtained unlimited exam rights and has not taken the exams to be held, either consecutively or intermittently, in a total of three academic years, is deemed to have given up his/her unlimited exam rights and is dismissed from the University.

Regardless of whether the student takes additional exams or not, students whose course load cannot be reduced to five or below through additional exams will be dismissed from the University.

At the end of the additional periods given, students who have not met the requirements for graduation will be dismissed from the University
