Graduation Procedures

Graduation and dismissal procedures (library, department, consultant) are carried out online by the student information system, so our prospective graduate students do not need to take any actions at this stage.

However, students who have taken the optional Pedagogical Formation courses and have completed their department courses but have not yet taken/failed the remaining formation courses and who want to graduate by dropping the formation courses must apply to their departments with a petition.

Pedagogical Formation Graduation Request Form Our graduate candidate students who have borrowed books from our university libraries are required to return the books they have.

Our students whose graduation process has been completed can access their graduation information via the E-government system.

When our graduated students' diplomas are ready, an automatic notification message is sent to their e-mail addresses in the student information system. Therefore, the contact information (phone, e-mail) in the student information system must be up to date.

Pedagogical Formation Education

Students who take and pass all pedagogical formation courses during their education have the phrase "has completed pedagogical formation education" written on the back of their diplomas and at the bottom of their graduation transcripts at the graduation stage.

Formation information is uploaded to the Ministry of National Education's system online via YOKSIS. In addition, formation courses are shown in graduation transcripts. No other document is issued by universities regarding Pedagogical Formation education.

Single Course

Single course exam is an exam held for students who have met the course attendance requirement in order to graduate but who have only one failing course remaining. In order to be successful in the single course exam, you must get 60 points.

Students who have not completed their internship but have only one course left to graduate take the single course exam. As of the end of the semester in which the single course exam will be held, students who have attended all courses of all semesters and have only one course left that they have failed in order to graduate can take the single course exam.

Our students who have taken courses at the summer school of other higher education institutions and have one course left for graduation can take the single course exams at the end of the summer school specified in our academic calendar.

Our students do not need to make any application in order to take the single course exam. The single course exam is created automatically by the system and the single course registrations of the students who have the right to take this exam are made automatically. Our students can take
